If you have had a knee or hip replacement, stay clear of this place in Westfield. I lost 2 months of therapy appointments here that were a complete waste of time and money. This place does NOT have equipment of any kind except for 1 stationary bike, a bed type table, a couple of bars to lift yourself on, and that's it!!! Do yourself a favor and select the Core therapy location on the 4th floor at the Holyoke hospital for your needs. This location is equipped with a full gym, exercising machines, and 15 qualified therapist dedicated to actually help you with your recovery. All core therapy locations are NOT alike. Choose wisely.
