We have used this company twice. Once to install Mitsubishi mini splits in our previous home and to install a heat pump system (also Mitsubishi) in our new home. Both times the install guys were great from start to finish. They explained everything prior to installing and afterwards made sure we were comfortable using the new systems before they left. They were mindful of our homes, cleaned up after every shift and at the end of each job. They were great when we used them for routine maintenance as well. Can’t say enough about them but will end here to keep it short(ish).

A hardworking and responsive team, and they are heat pump specialists. Mine was a tricky job and they handled it with good humor and professionalism. Make sure you get the right size system for your house, as being under or over powered is undesirable. I recommend them.

Contracted to replace a 35+ year old Sanyo heat pump with a modern Mitsubishi Unit. Handled all paperwork to accrue a $1K rebate from Westfield Gas & Electric, and provided a 5% discount for cash paymentSingle day project completed easily on the hottest day of the year. Was very impressed with the expertise, professionalism and teamwork exhibited by the installers. Initially 2 individuals, but later joined by 4 others who had completed their assignments, and stopped by to support their co-workers.A quality local company with excellent personnel.
