Garrett was great. He was very Informative And clear as to what he was going to do and why. Very willing to explain things if you ask questions and was sincere while encouraging us to reach back out if we had any issues. Give us a few pointers when we asked for them and cleaned up after himself. I would like to start using them for a regular maintenance on a yearly, and would probably ask for him if I could.
