The security folks at the gate are very helpful and friendly. This is a gated facility and there are a lot of tractor trailers coming and going, but passenger cars get priority at the gate so the wait is never long.

I arrived 30 mins before my 2330 appt. Time. Security was pretty chill. Told to drop my bills in the mailbox at door 60 and proceed to Pad 7 to wait for a phone. Got the call at 2320 to dock my trailer by 0020 I was getting the call to get my trailer and skeedaddle on out of there. Couple porta-pottys & lots of space on Pad 7 to park.

I arrived at 3:30 for an 11:30 appointment. Did the whole spiel checked in everything parked in the staging area. Got a door at 8:30 drop, the trailer, go back to the staging area, unloaded and out the gate by 11:00. 30 minutes before my appointment time. I see a lot of bad reviews about this place, however, my experience was positive. Other than the lack of parking in the region, I did manage to find a spot at the Pizza joint. I'm gonna try it out for breakfast in the A.M.
