Baystate Primary Care - Westfield

I was seen and had a good consult. An x-ray was ordered and it was done at the hospital on my way home. The results were told to me shortly after I got home. It was amazing service.

Went In last week with a pain in my elbow and the only reason they’re getting five stars is the girl who checked me in. She was pleasant and efficient. Took me right back to the room checked on me even though it took a long time she made sure I was OK. I think her name was Erica and if I ever go back again, it will be because of her.

This lady named Erica took me in the back couple tests were ran on me. I ended up having an inner ear infection. Was given antibiotics and sent home. It was extremely fast. She is extremely awesome at her job. Definitely need more like her
