I was about an hour from home when my car started to overheat. I pulled into Westborough Automotive Service and they quickly assessed my coolant levels and checked for any leaks. After about 30 mins they determined my car was safe enough to drive home. I really appreciated their thoroughness and genuine concern for my safety and my kids' safety. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
My husband broke down and called Westboro Automotive to ask if they provided roadside assistance. They do not normally but Dan, the owner asked what the problem was. It was definitely the battery or starter. Dan said he would come check it out. It was the starter. Dan arranged a tow to his shop, did the repair, and had the vehicle back to us the following day! Great service!!
I recently moved to the area last month. My windshield wiper broke and being about 3 hours away from my usual mechanic I spent my morning calling around different auto shops for ASAP help. Westborough Auto was the only one who picked up the phone and said they’d be able to do it no problem. The service was quick and they kept me informed of any other issues.
The waiting room was heated and toasty which was a plus. I’ll be returning for any auto needs or when I need my inspection sticker
