We absolutely love this practice for my whole family (2 adults and 2 children). You have to understand that they are an extension of the teaching campus, so you may see residents and medical students may tag along. However, the attendings are kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. Sprague saved my husband's life 2 years ago. Great care for adults and pediatrics!
I have great experience with the service of medical assistant and staff were helpful. It took me 3 tries to get to the right office but every locations the staff were welcoming, patient and polite. Facility is clean and calming.
I was very surprised at the poor reviews. To be fair, I've only had one experience here recently but it was excellent. Caitlyn Sorensen did my (left leg) vein ablation with help from Hailey & both were absolutely wonderful & made the experience a very comfortable one for me & I'll admit that I was pretty nervous...never having had this done before. The facility appeared clean & well maintained as well. No complaints, highly recommend based on my experience so far. I noticed many complaints were about office staff, but those whom I dealt with both in person & over the phone were friendly & professional.
