I have great experience with the service of medical assistant and staff were helpful. It took me 3 tries to get to the right office but every locations the staff were welcoming, patient and polite. Facility is clean and calming.

I was very surprised at the poor reviews. To be fair, I've only had one experience here recently but it was excellent. Caitlyn Sorensen did my (left leg) vein ablation with help from Hailey & both were absolutely wonderful & made the experience a very comfortable one for me & I'll admit that I was pretty nervous...never having had this done before. The facility appeared clean & well maintained as well. No complaints, highly recommend based on my experience so far. I noticed many complaints were about office staff, but those whom I dealt with both in person & over the phone were friendly & professional.

Great doctors. Horrid desk service. The person I had who checked me in claimed I cancelled my appointment. I had recently made the appointment so I wouldn’t need to cancel it. They told me I got a call to my house phone when no one was home and an automated call cancelled my appointment. Shows why we should have humans doing a human job.
