I can’t say enough about the service my husband and I received from Paul, their computer tech at All Net Computer. My husband was traveling for business and missing half his power cord. Paul worked with me over the phone to find a fit and actually drove the cord to my husband’s hotel and didn’t want to charge him. This was unbelievable and saved my husband’s trip in so many ways! We were amazed and so grateful! Thank you so much!

I was a walk-in customer without an appointment. As background, my knowledge level of computer technology is deep enough to get myself in trouble, hence my need to obtain, install and use a software program from an expert. The biggest reason for my 5 star rating was George's problem solving approach to my customer needs. George first sought to understand in some detail why and how I wanted to use the software. George then helped my evaluate, chose, install and set the settings that were needed for MY use. I cannot praise All-Net enough. I had all kinds of trouble with my Dell laptop until they fixed it. Now it's way better than new. They also took the time to teach me some better and safer ways to store data. The skills and integrity of this business are beyond compare. I hope I don't need computer repair again any time soon but there's no one else I'd rather go to for it!
