they came out to inspect the floor told the owner what i wanted done and when the job was complete the floor looked the same, still had scratches! paid for nothing! im very disappointed dont waste your time or money

I set up an appointment for someone to come out and measure my home to install hardwood. They called an hour before the appointment and said they couldn’t make it. So we set up another appointment for the following day at the same time. Yet again they called an hour before the appointment to reschedule. How can you expect someone to hire you if you can’t make it out to even measure our home? You would think the owner or manager would have called to apologize and maybe tried to get our business again, but yet another disappointment!

We are very pleased with the work performed. It was done on time for the quoted price, and the results exceeded expectation. Alex's crew moved all the heavy furniture to the basement (and back) for a very reaonable price which was a big factor in our contracting decision. We highly recommend their services.
