Ken was as good as it gets! He fixed all issues with the hardwood floor refinish and made it beautiful. He did an excellent install of the Coretec vinyl planks in the kitchen. He was prompt and worked fast and he left the place like brand new! I would highly recommend Ken as he is a real flooring professional whose work represents excellent value.

Ken did an excellent job refinishing my badly damaged oak floors. Dog urine had left many sizable black stains on the floors, in addition to normal wear and tear from 20 years of use. I had several vendors look at it, and all of them - including Ken - told me that the damage was irreparable and the stains couldn't be removed with sanding and refinishing, though they might (!) be lightened. I decided to refinish anyway. Ken was professional, gave me a reasonable price, and had strong customer reviews online, so I selected him as my vendor.
