I had a new LVP floor installed in my kitchen and the existing wood floors in the rest of the house sanded and buffed by Happy Floors. Everything from having Michelle in the office to consult with, to the crew that did the work, and Alex who was in charge, couldn’t have gone any smoother. Alex and crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only were they able to refinish very worn floors that had 32 years of wear, they were able to match it to the kitchen floor installation they did at the same time. I was amazed at the transformation, the workmanship, how detailed they were and how well they kept everything so clean. I wouid not hesitate to recommend them. Please beware—I have NEVER written a negative comment before but I wish someone had warned me! We had the worst and very costly experience with Happy Floors—Our project included installing brand new maple hardware floors upstairs and downstairs —not a cheap investment. They did not follow the standard procedure of placing nails 6-8 inches apart and now we have major issues of the floor gapping and lifting due to this short cut & negligence. I only learned about this detail because a reputable contractor was able to show me (through pulling up some of the wood) that they placed the nails 14 inches apart. The contractor said my problems with the floor are 100% due to this shoddy work—they save money and a few nails—-and I have to have the work redone (by someone else)

Excellent work by Happy Floors. We had two large projects: vinyl flooring in basement and refinishing oak floors on main level. Both turned out excellent. The 30 year old wood floors look brand new and modern. Alex and the entire team were professional and helpful and pleasant in every way.

Happy Floors Inc. did an incredible job refinishing my pine and oak floors! When we bought the house the floors were painted, and Happy Floors was able to restore them to show the full beauty of the wood.Alex and his team moved my furniture in and out for me, and completed the sanding and three coats of sealer in 3 days, and I cannot believe how beautiful the floors look! Michele was so helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome!

After a disastrous result from another company, I was referred to Happy Floors. Alex was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. Even Michele in the front office was excellent with communications and scheduling. When I met her in person it was like we were best friends! The company came out and completed the job totally unsupervised by me. The condo was spotless and the key was returned to the original spot.They did an incredible job buffing and refinishing my wood floor. I Love Love the floor! It is exactly what I wanted! To say I’m “HAPPY” is an understatement!
