Over Thanksgiving, when the house was full of people our septic system started to backup into our bathroom. We called in Rotter Rooter and they discovered that the septic pipe leading from our house to the tank was cracked and had roots growing through it close to the house and was sagging closer to the tank (we paid for a camera scope to be used). We received three quotes for the repairs. Cape Cod was in the middle, did not have any caveats about potentially cracking our tank (equipement had to sit on the tank area due to yard configuration), didn't say we were responsible for repairing or replacing our shrubs (they were potentially in the way) and had the best overall...read full review
I can't say enough good things about Cape Cod septic. We had a difficult situation and an extremely tight time frame to get the distribution box on our septic system replaced before the sale of the house. I reached out to a handful of companies, and had to leave voicemails for most, and didn't get call backs for almost a week. Amy answered the phone, was super nice, understood the issue and permitting process, and made sure to get our job done on time. Oh yeah, and Cape Cod septic did the job for thousands less than Wind River Environmental quoted.
