the floor store is first rate -the owners -joe and mary and charlie are all professional-and easy to work with and do what they say the will do on time -no excuses-along with having an excellent product- you can't have abetter flooring experience in the bershires-
We were very satisfied with our new second floor flooring from the Floor Store. Mary spent significant time with use choosing the right two products, and Joe guided us through several design options given we had a very challenging design problem due to the way the existing floors were constructed, the dimensions of the space, and our use case. The installer was very friendly and professional and did a great job. We are enjoying our new space.
Something you rarely find anymore: a service company that believes in providing great customer service. Joe and Mary run a first rate business and really care about customer satisfaction. I would recommend The Floor Store without reservation.
