Amazing massage with Faolain. She was incredibly personable and attentive and the massage was a perfect mix of relaxation and therapeutic. The facility and treatment rooms were great and front desk was super warm and helpful. Easy parking is always a plus!

I found this place and am so thankful they have helped me in many ways live a pain free flexible life I am able to work hard Garden hard keep up with my grandson and enjoy my life relatively pain free I am thankful I found them and I'm so grateful

Jacob and his team are excellent! They provide thorough and comprehensive support for people at all levels of physical ability. Optimal Wellness is very reminiscent of the facilities available to athletes in my city of origin, Colorado Springs, (also known as Olympic City USA). I highly recommend them for anything from pain relief, to injury rehabilitation, to simply furthering one’s sense of integration with their body.
