I got Ashley as my hairstylist. It was my first time there she did an amazing job. She did what I asked her to do. I didn’t know how much I wanted it off so I got 6 inches and I’m only 5‘4“ tall so my hair was past my elbow. My hair was a year and a half overdue had a lot of dead ends and got 6 inches off. My hair feels so much better and healthier. She did amazing job. I would so go back if anybody wants to go to Supercuts in West Springfield I request you to go to Ashley.

Very pleased. I wish I got the gentleman 's name who cut my hair. ( Riverdale Road Shops, West Springfield, Mass). My haircut was three months overdue. He had some good suggestions and I was very pleased with them. Find out his name and give him a raise. He is great at customer service!
