I’ve been going to Jenn for 13 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She turned my accidental mullet into flowing locks of curls over the last decade and I get so many compliments on my hair. She’s got lots of other skills besides mullet taming - she’s also a skilled stylist and my go-to for all the updos I’ve needed for the 72 weddings I’ve been a bridesmaid in. She and Katie make a great team that provide wonderful customer service and a chill environment. Katie is an incredible makeup artist and esthetician. They will take such good care of you!
I had a great hair experience with Jenn. She performed a much needed color/hilite correction and gave me exactly what I've been wanting. I had a full foil with the most beautiful hilites, in shades of cream and vanilla which was exactly what I wanted to help blend my grays. Ribbons of color would be a better description! You know those Pinterest collection of different blended hilites everyone wants? Well I got them lol. She gave me a cut and a smooth blowout. She's knowledgeable, but also an amazingly kind human being. My first experience was great, and I definitely found my new stylist in western mass🤗

Absolutely loved my experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest welcome—everyone was so nice and inviting. The customer service is top-tier—you can tell they genuinely care about making you feel comfortable and confident. The salon itself is super cute and spotless, with such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The owner is a total girl boss—you can tell she’s built something really special here.
