I had a great experience with Ross Express in West Springfield. I arrived about 2 1/2 hours late due to delays at my previous delivery, and they still worked with me and got me unloaded without any problems. That kind of understanding and flexibility really means a lot in this industry where delays can happen.
The staff was professional, respectful, and efficient. The unloading process was smooth, and they treated me with courtesy the entire time. It’s always appreciated when a facility understands the realities of trucking and still makes an effort to help drivers out.
Definitely a driver-friendly place. I would gladly deliver here again.
