Amy Powers approach to healing can’t be matched in traditional methods these days. After two years of severe hip pain, I was losing my ability to even walk. My quality of life was suffering. Thankfully I was referred to Powers Performance and my first consultation with Amy was supportive and gave me hope. After 10 sessions I was walking pain free for the first time in two years and set my goals higher to run again. Amy is absolutely fantastic and my experience has been amazing. Highly recommended!

Amy gave me the hope to heal with just the phone consult, her approach is unmatched! A two year old injury was getting in the way of my everyday life and honestly my happiness.
