Ann Marie Walts is amazing at what she does. Her knowledge and hands are a deadly combo. I did some research and found her online. I visited her to get my old Keratine hair extensions taken off and she did just that. I took 3 naps on her chair while she took them off, speaks volume on how gentle she was or on how great her products work, who knows. Point is she got the job done, effortlessly! She is truly a hidden gem in West Springfield and I highly recommend. Thank you Ann Marie for freeing me of my knots and headaches with such grace.
Ann Marie Walts is the one to go to for all of your hair needs! She is a multi talented woman who knows everything about hair, extensions and so many other beauty services. I went in with fine shoulder blade length hair and wanted a blonder/longer length look. During the consolation, I felt like I was really understood when I expressed my wants. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and she really takes care of you. While she was doing my hair she was very gentle and precise. Really enjoyed my makeover! Ann Marie was extremely thorough in her consultation. After removing the weft extensions (never again) I had installed at another salon, she colored my hair to perfectly match the new great lengths extensions she installed. It was an enjoyable experience, and I love the look and comfort of my new great lengths extensions!
