I had a fantastic experience with LA Roofing from start to finish! Scheduling was quick and easy, and the office staff were so friendly and organized — they kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process; I always knew what to expect and when. Once the work began, the crew showed great professionalism and attention to detail. There were a few unforeseen issues uncovered once the old roof came off, but the team handled everything with ease and transparency. It was a pleasure working with this company. Ryan, the project manager, was a great communicator theiughout the job. They gave me the best quote of three companies to replace my leaky skylights Their crew was polite and skilled. They cleaned up everything beautifully indoors and out. I highly recommend LA Roofing!
My initial experience is that the communication was very limited and the time to complete the job was excessive. BUT when Ryan took over as project manager everything was taken care of in a professional manner and to my satisfaction and communication was 100%..
