I have had complaints in the past. But my last delivery was awesome. The delivery guy was very quiet and put the receipt in the door. The dude was like a ninja. I forgot to put the light on but he was wearing a headlamp. I apologize for that. Give the man or woman raise. We all deserve one. Happy New Year

I have been ordering oil from Cashway for 4 years. Very friendly great customer service easy call, takes a few minutes to order start to finish. And have always had delivery when needed either day of or a planned delivery date. Prices are always the lowest!

Melissa at Cashway was terrific. After calling before they opened and leaving a message that we needed oil and a start-up to our furnace, they came the same day, surprisingly, with oil and someone to start the furnace back up. Their prices and service can’t be beat!!December 2021 update: I called well into the morning after unexpectedly running out of oil. Cashway was at my door three hours later, started up the furnace right away and Raul knew how to get it started-starting up our furnace was not always easy for others to do with the sludge that has built up over the years. He wore a mask and knew what he was doing-this made my day! Thanks!
