Let me start off by saying the staff that they've sent me, when they actually send them, have been absolutely wonderful. The problem is the lack of follow through by management. My care plan includes a morning and night shifts 7 days/week. I've gone weeks without weekend morning coverage, over a week without any night coverage. There have been days I've been stuck sitting in urine for 24 hours just waiting for them to send me someone. There is never anyone available to cover callouts which was promised too.
