Ace Quality Floor Sanding is a family-owned business providing hardwood floor installation, sanding, refinishing, and restoration. Chet is reliable, professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable, making the process smooth. He did an awesome job, working around the clock to complete sanding, partial replacement, and refinishing of ~1200 sqft of flooring. He is the hardest working guy, putting in ten to thirteen hour days installing and refinishing floors to match new hardwood. Chet is meticulous and a good communicator, letting clients know what time he’s arriving and sticking to it. The rooms look fantastic. He is available right away and works hard for first-time homeowners, handling pet urine stains and damaged floorboards. The photos speak for themselves. Chet did an awesome job on our floors. My husband and I had just purchased our first home and when we discovered the beautiful red oak floors hiding underneath the carpet we knew that refinishing them was going to be our first project before we moved in. What we didn’t bargain for was the amount of pet urine stains from the previous owner and having to replace the damaged floorboards. Chet was available right away and worked around the clock to complete the sanding, partial replacement, and refinishing of ~1200 sqft of flooring and we were still able to move in within a month of closing. They don’t make men like Chet anymore. He has to be the hardest working guy I’ve ever met. He put in ten to thirteen hours days installing my living room floor and refinishing my dining room floor to match the new hardwood in the adjacent living room. He is meticulous and a good communicator. He lets you know what time he’s arriving and sticks to it.
