We went in a few days before Christmas and were greeted by David Demosthene. He was professional, informative and most importantly listened to what I was looking for and what was important to me before making any recommendations. We left the first time without a car because we wanted to take a look at a car in a different dealership but after a disappointing experience returned to see David and negotiated a brand new car that had just arrived that same day. Picked it up after Christmas due to the holidays and David went above and beyond with the bow as it’s a gift to myself. Thank you so much to everyone down at Parkway Toyota. Mike Hanna, James Brown over in service is always amazing! And Cindy has been so helpful and sweet each time I’ve been there! I’ve been a Toyota customer for over 10 years and they always take such good care of me. I’ve been multiple vehicles from this location and I plan to continue to come back here.
