These guys are great. Yes, they do ask for cash for some stuff (not all, by any means) but they are very patient, and there are ATM's in West Roxbury (one of them is about 40 yards from the dance studio) so it's not really a deal breaker. Classes are great, recitals are amazing, and the whole place - teachers, students and families - very welcoming :)

$100+ fees but cash only? In this day and age when everyone has PayPal and Venmo? Or even paying electronically through your bank? No one carries cash nowadays let alone such huge sums of money. Ridiculous.

I have danced at JDW for many years and I love it. The owners and teachers are great people who create a positive, fun atmosphere for the students. I highly recommend Julianne's Dance Workshop to anyone looking to take dance classes.
