My experience at Parkway was outstanding. My service advisor Eric Walsh was knowledgeable, honest and reassuring to my needs. He was by far the best advisor I have had at a dealer. Definitely the best advisor at Parkway Honda. Recommend him to anyone that goes there.

From the warm and friendly reception by everyone I interacted with to the attentive care they provide, this dealership truly stands out as exceptional!
Sean Bucknor was my sales advisor, and he provided a lot of information while confidently assuring me that I would close the car deal that same day. He invited me to join their cookout that was taking place that day and supported me throughout the entire time.
The manager who assisted me with the paperwork was incredibly welcoming and helpful as well (apologies, I can't recall your name!). I enjoyed our conversation and your hospitality.
Had a weird noise coming from my car at the weekend. Brought it to Parkway Honda first thing on Monday morning. James took it for a test drive to help assess the problem. The diagnosis was spot on, parts were ordered and the issue was fixed in a very timely and efficient manner. Also my car came back looking and driving like new. Thank you to James & Nick for providing an excellent stress free experience.
