I’ve been attending classes for half a year now and this place is awesome. I’ve gotten so much stronger. Not to mention time in class takes me away from my problems and calms my anxiety. The instructors are attentive to your specific goals and will push you past what you think you are able to do. Everyone is also super nice!! Highly recommend:)
