I was only there briefly to attempt to find a flooring match, but the empress were friendly and knowledgeable. I showed them a picture of my wooden floor and they were able to identify the species and that it had been refinished.

I have purchased some flooring for different rooms in the house. Extremely reasonable prices. Staff is extremely friendly. I have been dealing with Brittney. She is extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to buy my flooring for the rest of the house. Thumbs up!!!!!!!!

I am redoing my kitchen and needed new flooring. I went to LL flooring not knowing what to expect for service or products. I had a great experience working with Ottis, who walked me thru the process from figuring out the extra I would need , as well as the thresholds and more. He spent a good amount of time helping me pick out my entry area flooring as well. I had to stop by the store on a couple of occassions during the installation of the flooring and dealt with other staff members and found them all knowlegable, proffessional and pleasant.. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring.
