We recently purchased a used Forest river mico lite camper. We found one at a camping world in New York and the manager at Hatfield arranged for the camper to be transported to the Hatfield location at no cost to us! We ended up purchasing the camper and can’t wait to use it next season! Julia was our sales person and, although newer to the sales department, she was able to get all our questions and concerns addressed! Thank you Julia!

The people at the store in Hatfield were wonderful. They handled my return in an efficient and friendly manor. I wish I could say the same about my online experience with Katherine Camacho. If she was my only representation Camping World there would no further relationship with Camping World. There will most certainly not be any online ordering with Camping world. All in store experiences have been great.

Earlier this year, I purchased a new Class C vehicle, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience I had with the entire team at your Hatfield, MA location. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth.
I’d especially like to acknowledge Lisa, whose patience and dedication went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. There was an unexpected hiccup with the vehicle registration through the State of Vermont, and the issue stretched out for months. It required multiple weekly calls between Lisa and the Vermont DMV, along with long waiting times on both of our ends as we tried to reach someone who could help.
Throughout this entire process, Lisa was unwavering. Every day when I called for updates, she answered without hesitation—never once showing frustration or annoyance. Her calm persistence, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation manageable. We even began to laugh about it, which was incredibly pleasant.
Thanks to her efforts, the registration was finally resolved, and I want her—and the entire Camping World organization—to know how deeply I appreciate everything she did. It’s rare to encounter that level of dedication, and she truly deserves recognition.

Rocky was wonderful, he addressed all of our concerns about buying our first camper. When we arrived he greeted us warmly and showed us 3 options in our price range, not leaving the best product for last (like most salesmen).. honestly by the time we had completely finished Rocky truly feels like a part of our family. On September 23rd, we went to Camping World in Hatfield, with an appointment to meet with Rocky LaFreniere at 5pm. Upon meeting Rocky and being shown several campers, within our specifications that left us undecided, Rocky had the foresight to show us a camper that had just come in as a trade in. He expedited the delivery, sale and prep of that camper so that we could use it on our following trip.The last trip of the year, Rocky went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth transition.It was a pleasure doing business with Rocky.At Camping World and we highly recommend him as the salesman to see to do business with .

I plan to purchase a Class C motorhome in 2026. I am a first time buyer and have limited knowledge on these vehicles. I am working with Rocky Lafreniere at the West Hatfield Camping World. Rocky is great at sharing information on various Class C manufacturers and models. He knows his business and willingly discusses strong points and weaknesses of the numerous Class C vehicles to consider. He is honest and very respectful to me and there is absolutely no pressure to rush the buying process. Rocky is a valuable resource in choosing a unit that will work best for me.
