I have been going to the Tax Center for several years and working with Ann. She is professional and pleasant too. Ann goes above and beyond to get my taxes correct and is so happy when I get a refund. She explains the tax world to me so I am ready and prepared with all documents. Other tax people I have been too have been stressed since it is their busy season. Ann is just the opposite. She is a pleasure to work with!! Thank you Ann!!

AVOID!!!! Incredibly horrible experience. The owner literally said "I'm not doing your taxes and I do not have to tell you why" and hung up. I am a family man with one job that bought and sold one house. Nothing complicated.

This is the last time I will use or recommend The Tax Center. First, I received a phone call cancelling an appointment I had on Thursday the 15th saying that Ann would now not be in the office like they originally said she would. We were offered Saturday the 10th instead. I took it even though it was less convenient for us. I informed the receptionist that I had a “complicated” return and she took notes and booked us an hour time slot.When we arrived Ann asked “what was new” and we told her we were married and had sold rental property. She said “oh, I’m so sorry but it’s too late in the tax season to deal with a property being sold and its depreciation. The tax filing deadline has been moved to May 15th.She suggested we go somewhere else because she didn’t have the time to do our returns. I explained to her that I had prepared her receptionist with our information ahead of time.She again apologized and refused to prepare our taxes for us.I am beyond disappointed and angry.
