Noonan Waste was bought out by UM and stopped picking up my trash in a timely manner. They would miss a pick up, I would call and they would say someone would be sent out - nope. This happened several times. I would have to leave trash on my lawn for days with no pick up despite a promise to pick it up. I finally cancelled my contract. Do not work with these people.

Amazing staff and affordable prices. I’ve taken personal vacations and they worked around my typical pick up date, and a couple times I’ve been absent minded on those Monday holidays and they’ve come back on a different day to help me out or they’ve stopped when I was frantically flagging down the truck. Absolutely great human beings and the world should be so grateful for the people that have the stomach to do our dirty work. ?

Service is downright terrible. All they need to do is pick up my trash every week and my recycles every other week. They've messed up both of these on separate occasions and when I call to let them know about it, they're absolute jerks about it. Very rude.

Easy sign up, big bins, the reason I'm writing this review is they sent postage with a return request, and they provided a stamp on the return, it's little things like this that I appreciate in a company!

Bins are big and prices are cheaper than others around . Every time I call to pay my bill or ask a question , they have always been friendly and helpful

These people just left the dumpster rolling around in the middle of a Main Street on Dudley street in Boston. Hit like 5 or 6 cars. Called them as well as multiple others who’s cars were hit called them and they basically let it be known its not their problem. Last time I checked the waste management companies don’t leave the dumpster on wheels to just roll freely after they pick up the garbage. Definitely going forward with getting the dent on my car fixed.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT contract with Noonan for your commercial dumpster needs. They will come at 5:00am and wake up the entire neighborhood. They are unresponsive to REPEATED requests to come after 7am (in accordance with noise ordinances). Find another company to handle your trash needs.
