Ryan and Chris, foremen of Beam and Structural Repair, just completed replacing 7 lally columns, including the footings, after jacking up a structural beam by 3/4 of an inch and did a fantastic job! Their work was done methodically and they were very careful as to not cause any damage in the process of jacking up the beam which was a big concern of mine. I would high recommend them. They were a pleasure to deal with and I thought their pricing was very reasonable.
