I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve been genuinely impressed with my physical therapist and wanted to share in case it helps someone else who’s on the fence about starting PT, or is simply looking for a place that feels like a good fit. In just a month, I’ve already noticed real improvements in my pain levels, mobility, and flexibility. I’m even sleeping better. That alone would be worth it, but what really stands out to me is the atmosphere. My therapist is not only skilled but also incredibly patient—especially with someone like me who gets nervous and fidgety in public settings. Excellent place for PT. The PT office was clean. Once the patient was done with PT, all equipment and tables were washed down. The staff were helpful and put you at ease when doing PT. Thank you all, especially Moura.
The staff there are very friendly, efficient, respectful. They made me feel welcome. My trainer is very knowledgeable, and professional. I will recommend that place to the World. Thanks to all the Staff⚕️ at BAY STATE PHYSICAL THERAPY ? Vicky
