Scheduled an appointment for a full pedicure for 12:30 pm today. Asked my technician to pay attention to dry skin on my heels and my large toe. Explained to her that this is the main reason for this appointment. My pedicure excluding the nail polish application was completed in 20 mins with all the patches of dry area still in place. Asked the technician to fix it and instead of just taking care of the issue, received an angry lecture following the statement: don't come here anymore if you want to complain!Pretty unbelievable! Best place around for a pedicure. I have plantar fasciitis and the leg b and foot massage I got had me falling asleep lol. I wish I got the girls name that took care of me, I will be back for sure!

This was the most unexpected and fabulous experience. The hot lotion glove was so luxurious in itself and then topped off with an upper back rub. Nails lasted the longest I ever have had them last without chipping. Super organized scene. Going back today!
