Hello,I went in for a haircut as I have been for the past 17 years. The stylist cutting my hair said she accidentally went too short with the razor while shaving one of my sides. I wasn't hurt and didn't notice until she showed me what she had done. But it meant she had to use a 0-1 instead of the 2 that I wanted. I'll have to say at the time I was not really happy as I had never had my hair cut THAT short. She was very sorry and I felt badly for her. I went up the the counter when she was finished and was going to ask that I not pay for my haircut and the person at the desk said the haircut was on the house and gave me a coupon for another free haircut. I get my haircut about every 4 months, and this is one of a handful of places I trust with what's left of my hair. (I'm 43, starting to get a little thin up there ?). Always accommodating and most importantly, everyone here is very talented! Only great experiences here at Haircuts ltd.

It's no exaggeration to say that I've been having my haircut for over 20 years here. The online appointments during the week makes it convenient. The staff is friendly and there seems to be little turnover. Parking can be a challenge, so use the lots that are close by. My biggest fear is that the person who cuts my hair ends up retiring!
