Love Dr Hong! Straightforward and attentive , she can notice something subtle on my skin/face that only I myself notice becuase I look at the mirror all the time! She is very aware of how each customer feels, for example, I am very afraid of needle pain and my skin is very sensitive. I recently visited Dr. Hong for concerns about acne and hyperpigmentation, and I’m thrilled with the results. Dr. Hong was exceptionally kind and offered insightful suggestions. On the same day, I was able to start my treatment with a deluxe hydra facial performed by Sarah. The immediate glow in my skin was impressive!
The following week, I returned for a carbon peel treatment. I had some concerns about downtime and pain, but both Sarah and Dr. Hong reassured me that the procedure would be gentle, non-invasive, and have no downtime.
