Absolutely a great place to practice Yoga !!??Beginners as well as veteran Yoga practitioners all do well at Say Yes to Yoga ...very welcoming and warm environment !! Highly recommended !!

I started here about a month ago and I LOVE it! Absolutely no pressure, you go at your own pace, and the meditation/relaxation at the end is fabulous! Lavender eye pillow and all! Thank you Baukje for doing what you love... you're great at it.
