Positive experience from start to finish. I had questions about the process as it was out first time servicing vents. All questions and concerns were addressed prior to service date. On date of clearning, crew called ahead to notify me of arrival time. They arrived as planned, went over the process and got to work. The job was completed after approximately 3 1/2 hours. I cannot look into the HVAC vents, but I trust and sense the cleaning was thorough. We had problems with our dryer, but the vent cleaning seems to have cleared that and everything works well.
