I’ve been going to Dr. Koumjian at Watertown Eye for at least 12+ years. She is an excellent optometrist, an empathetic professional, and has all the latest equipment including IPL which I do for my dry eyes. Her staff is nice too!

This a great eye doctor Karen is on top of all the latest developments in the field - she is kind smart knowledgeable and experienced. And she has a great support team. Do not hesitate to make your appointment with Karen Koumjian!

Dr. Koumjian and the entire practice staff are incredibly kind. They take time to explain all procedures up front in a clear and non judgmental way. My visit was seamless and I am thrilled to have found a great new practice. To address the other negative reviews on this page: 1. I was not pushed whatsoever to purchase anything. 2. The receptionist team were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. 3. I received an email before my appointment indicating that a full eye scan would be done and would not be paid by insurance. No surprise charges. 4. Reviews are all very outdated so if there were any issues in the past the practice has certainly resolved them! I highly recommend... read full review
