I love the Tile Shop Watertown. Folks there are friendly, easygoing and very knowledgeable. Erasmo Alvarenga was wonderful to work with and I am looking forward to my next tiling project!

I had a great experience at the Tile Shop recently. I worked with Krupa Patel and she was extremely knowledgeable, patient and creative and was able to help me narrow down my tile choices based on what I had in mind. Through a series of visits to the showroom and after spending a considerable time with me, Krupa was able to assist me from the selection, order and delivery phase. She kept in constant communication with me, was very responsive and I felt confident in my choices after Krupa's advice. Thank you!

Erasmo was INCREDIBLY patient with me, made a true effort to understand what I had in mind, and gave me all the time I needed to walk away, feeling really satisfied. He helped me pick out bathroom floor tile, shower, floor tile, shower, wall tile, matching grout, and shower curb. He also very kindly helped me think about paint colors to tie it all together. He also gave me his cell phone number and kept in touch until I had the order in hand. I would definitely go back to The Tile Shop if I had a need in the future.
