We have used Raymond and his team for several major projects over the past 10 years or so: roof rebuild after ice damage; bedroom/master bath/walk-in closet/2nd floor laundry room renovation/creation; other bathroom remodels; window replacements and, most recently, a substantial kitchen renovation which expanded square footage and useable area.

More than quality workmanship and a good value, Raymond and his team, including all of his subcontractors, are just wonderful people and a delight to work with. Raymond has also done significant work for friends of ours and we recommend him unconditionally and without hesitation.

We hired this Company to convert an attached garage into an ADU for my parents at my home in Winchester. They did an excellent job and we could not be happier with the results. They accommodated every customization ask we had - tile selection and patterns in bath, heated flooring, recessed lighting, etc. all materials and workmanship was first class. also got the job done FAST and kept areas outside of workspace neat and tidy. Highly satisfied and highly recommend!!

Highly competent, very detail oriented, wants to take care of you. Very calm throughout the project. Only hires sub contractors that meet his standards. No cost overruns or hidden charges, doesn't nickel and dime you. Couldn't have gone better.
