Morgan was thorough, kind, and explained things in detail but in layman’s terms at the same time! My mother in law and I both noted that Morgan addressed us just as much as the men in the room, which I think a lot of women can appreciate doesn’t always happen! We had an inspection done on a 2-unit condo. Morgan was fantastic- thorough, patient, and good at explaining issues very clearly. I highly recommend him for first time homebuyers and for anyone coming to grips with maintenance concerns. He was far superior to the two inspectors I’ve worked with in the past.
