I don't understand all the bad reviews. Dr. Nimako has been a wonderful doctor for my mother and all the people in the practice are kind, helpful and communicative. We never feel like we are being rushed. I had no plans to post a review but seeing all the bad ones, I had to help correct the record.
I really like this office. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Every call I make is met with warmth and help. My PCP Dr. Mehta is the best I've ever had - patient, compassionate, and willing to take her time in our appointments. Scheduling can be tricky sometimes but I've found that to be true of most PCP offices.In general, I've found most MGH providers to rush you in and out the door, but I've felt taken care of here.
I love this internal medicine office; my PCP is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and not only answers any concerns but provides thorough work ups and quick referrals to specialists as needed. I’m shocked by some other negative reviews so had to express my own appreciation. Through Covid we’ve learned most administrative staff are remote, so love the efficiency of using the Patient Gateway online as needed. Whether it’s a question, scheduling, or filling a refill, everyone in the office is very responsive.
