This became my preferred spot after moving to Watertown. I've gone from long to a very short hairstyle and they do a great job depicting exactly what I wanted. I always leave feeling like a new person, happy with the length and styling.

Walked in, was asked what I'm looking for. I explained what I need, and was told they cannot help me because they are appointment only... I guess they didn't want to make an appointment with me.

Patty fixed my hair after I tried to cut it myself and I love it. She listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. I'll definitely be back. Very friendly atmosphere as well.

Unbelievably rude staff. The woman who answered the phone was incomprehensibly dismissive to my wife. We called to try and book an appointment and the staff member could not be bothered and wouldn’t even give us any times that we could book. I would strongly recommend against supporting a place that is so distastefully rude to its customers. There is zero reason to have such a negative attitude to a first-time customer that is asking about your availability. ZERO.

Patty is an absolute character and has a magic touch with the tools. A great haircut for a mid 20s guy and a great time, every time! First place I've come back to multiple times and loved the cut every time. Clean shop, good atmosphere, highly recommended!
