I will echo the overwhelming sentiment about this business - disrespectful customer "service", unresponsive and seemingly completely disinterested in working with a new customer. I was promised drawings and upon inquiry many days later I was told "I'm busy with other customers. Finally I got the drawing and quote for cabinet but no promised pricing on countertop materials I took the time to pick out in showroom. After two additional attempts I gave up. What a waste of time and they knew I was on a tight schedule. Back to square one. I recommend avoiding this business - based on the hubris I would say they already have more business than they deserve.
