The staff (Julie, Ryan, Ali, and Connor) presented an environment in which my knee recovery was facilitated to present me with currently having very little knee pain, enabling me to walk properly again , for the first time in at least 15 years. Hats off to them. I plan on recommending them to everyone..

I have never found physical therapy particularly effective until recent experience BSM. I had two stints from January thru December and with all issues-hip arthritis & hip replacement . Great therapists and excellent treatment plan.

Ali Torrence was amazing. I had lost a great deal of muscle strength following two surgeries, and Ali pinpointed areas to work on from day one. After one area would begin to improve, she challenged it more and moved on to other muscle groups. I will only continue to improve if I stick to my program. I am forever grateful to Ali.

Ease of appointment & staff made sure insurance covered visits. My PT, Connor in Watertown, was very knowledgeable & provided clear directions for me to accomplish my rehab Overall great experience even if was for rehab!
