He maintains detailed records for each issue and consistently follows through until everything is fully resolved. He is professional, easy to-talk-to, and ensures that matters are handled efficiently and to completion.

The team was patient with our change orders mid-project, listening carefully and addressing our concerns effectively. Overall, it was a top-notch experience. Remarkably, the initial quote remained unchanged, even though most commercial projects tend to cost 20-30% more than planned.
