I brought my mom to an open house in Onset. She summered there 93 years ago and wanted to return. Christine LaCava was the listing agent. She greeted us warmly, and had a way with my mom, not as someone trying to sell a house, but more like a friend inviting us into her home. Given my mom’s age, Christine was cautious of her walking through this beautiful home. What a unique experience this was. Although we put a bid in, the house sold to someone else. We decided we should put my mom’s house on the market for a greater chance of finding another home for her.
