We recently purchased a home, our beach house in Wareham Ma. Unfortunately we had a chimney leak and had several contractors look at it. No one could find the leak. After a squirrel traversed down our chimney two weeks ago, I called Advance Chimney for an estimate to replace the chimney cap and install a damper that had been removed prior to our purchasing our home many years ago in favor of a wood stove. We removed the wood stove shortly after buying our house and never installed a damper. Bill and Jim came out and gave us aa great price to do the entire job including pointing the inside of the fireplace which had a good amount of the cement deteriorating. To our surprise, they started work right away after we agreed on the extremely reasonable price.
